ATTENTION: In order to guarantee that you receive payment in 2025, you must have all of your payment requests/paperwork submitted in proper form no later than 11:59 pm EST on Thursday, December 4, 2025.  Paperwork received after this date will not be paid until 2026 and will utilize the 2026 benefit limit.

 

If it is your first time logging in, please read!

Your user ID is your Employee Number, which can be found on People Central under "My Employee Profile" and then scrolling down to the "Biological Information" section. All IDs must be 8 digits long, so please enter 0's in front to reach 8 digits, as your Employee Number will be between 4-6 digits long. 

Your password for first-time login will be your home address ZIP CODE. 

 

1. Submit your applicaiton prior to starting your course.  No more than 60 days before or 30 days after the course start date.

2. Once your course completes you must upload your supporting documentation within 90 days of the course end date to reiceve your reimbursement payment.
